homens saud\u00e1veis e treinados realizaram um protocolo de treino EM JEJUM que<br>consistia de 25 s\u00e9ries de 10 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es (9 para a parte de cima, 40-50% 1RM e e 16 para a parte de baixo, 75% 1RM).<\/p>\n<p><br>A premissa de ser em jejum \u00e9 que nesse estado metab\u00f3lico a indu\u00e7\u00e3o da neoglicog\u00eanese \u00e9 maior.<br>Ao final do treinamento houve coleta de amostra de sangue e bi\u00f3psia do vasto lateral.<br>Os indiv\u00edduos receberam um shake ao final da primeira coleta e em intervalos de 30 min, at\u00e9 330 minutos. Outas coletas<br>de amostras de sangue foram realizadas nos min 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360.
