Al\u00e9m disso, cabe apontar o papel das deiodinases no mecanismo de feedback negativo, <br>especialmente pela convers\u00e3o intrapituit\u00e1ria de T4 em T3 pela D2 (<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1023%2FA%3A1010012419869\">4<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jci.org\/articles\/view\/29812\">5<\/a>). Nesse sentido, quando mencionamos AT, estamos considerando tamb\u00e9m sua regula\u00e7\u00e3o, ultrapassando horm\u00f4nios e cobrindo enzimas, transportadores, receptores e genes.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Outro aspecto importante \u00e9 que o sistema nervoso aut\u00f4nomo tamb\u00e9m participa da AT (<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/endo\/article-abstract\/96\/1\/102\/2618966?redirectedFrom=fulltext\">6<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/endo\/article-abstract\/101\/4\/1228\/2618128?redirectedFrom=fulltext\">7<\/a>), sendo que os est\u00edmulos<br>do sistema nervoso simp\u00e1tico geram um efeito inibit\u00f3rio, enquanto que est\u00edmulos parassimp\u00e1ticos s\u00e3o estimulat\u00f3rios (<a href=\"doi: 10.1210\/er.2013-1087\">3<\/a>).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Desse modo, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel compreender como e porque a dieta altera AT. Abaixo, em especial, colocaremos sobre<br>composi\u00e7\u00e3o diet\u00e9tica baixa em carbo e alta em gordura. <strong>Vejamos:<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c9feba4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c9feba4\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c1339a2\" data-id=\"c1339a2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b514d97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b514d97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No estudo (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7421583\">8<\/a>), os participantes realizaram por 3 dias cada tipo de dieta, ap\u00f3s intervalo de 1 m\u00eas entre cada uma delas.<br>Dieta 1: 100% gordura. Dieta 2: 50% gordura e 50% prote\u00edna. Dieta 3: 50% gordura e 50% carbo. Dieta 4: mista.<br>Os resultados voc\u00ea v\u00ea na imagem principal. Os autores discorrem que as mudan\u00e7as em TSH e T4 n\u00e3o foram significativas, mas que a grande perturba\u00e7\u00e3o vista nas dietas altas em gordura ficou por conta dos n\u00edveis de T3 e rT3, sugerindo altera\u00e7\u00e3o perif\u00e9rica no metabolismo dos HTs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
