Dose suprafisiol\u00f3gica modulando s\u00edntese de prote\u00edna para cima: 50.000 pmol\/L (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25646407\">2<\/a>).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 aqui voc\u00ea j\u00e1 sabe que, em contextos fisiol\u00f3gicos, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de &#8220;pico de insulina&#8221;, seja para reduzir quebra, <br>seja para aumentar s\u00edntese de prote\u00edna. Uma pequena quantidade de insulina, ~210-1160 pmol\/L, j\u00e1 cumpre com maestria seu papel (<a href=\"https:\/\/physiology.org\/doi\/full\/10.1152\/ajpendo.90411.2008\">1<\/a>).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Em texto anterior avaliamos que a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de carboidratos ao shake de prote\u00edna p\u00f3s treino N\u00c3O promove maior reten\u00e7\u00e3o de nitrog\u00eanio comparado ao shake contendo somente prote\u00edna (<a seja uma estrat\u00e9gia v\u00e1lida para estimular e manter s\u00edntese de prote\u00edna.<br>Na verdade, o que fica evidente \u00e9 a inutilidade da adi\u00e7\u00e3o de leucina\/bcaa em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o onde h\u00e1 quantidade adequada de prote\u00edna de alto valor biol\u00f3gico.<br>NOTA: S\u00edntese de prote\u00edna n\u00e3o significa hipertrofia.<br>Mede-se a s\u00edntese pois a quebra \u00e9 facilmente suprimida, como visto anteriormente (<a
