No caso, os indiv\u00edduos submeteram-se durante 24 semanas \u00e0 uma dieta hipocal\u00f3rica, restrita energeticamente em 55% (3400 &#8211; &gt; 1500kcal). Resultados?<br \/>M\u00e9dia da perda de peso: -25%;<br \/>Gordura corporal m\u00e9dia dos participantes: ~5%;<br \/>M\u00e9dia da adapta\u00e7\u00e3o metab\u00f3lica: -50%, sendo -35% efeito de varia\u00e7\u00f5es no fator atividade (1).<br \/>Perturba\u00e7\u00e3o no gasto energ\u00e9tico basal independentemente das varia\u00e7\u00f5es ocorridas na composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal, isto \u00e9, termog\u00eanese adaptativa: m\u00e9dia: ~72kcal, sendo ~40kcal oriundas da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da funcionalidade de alguns \u00f3rg\u00e3os e outras 32kcal sem explica\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica (2).<br \/>Em obesos que reduzem 50kg de peso, termog\u00eanese adaptativa calculada usando equa\u00e7\u00e3o de regress\u00e3o de massa gorda pr\u00e9 e p\u00f3s-interven\u00e7\u00e3o: =120kcal (3).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fe3f137 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fe3f137\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-599b25e\" data-id=\"599b25e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6217d3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6217d3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Estudos que avaliam a termog\u00eanese adaptativa como quantitativamente significante, (4-5), p. ex., falham em suas metodologias, seja na medi\u00e7\u00e3o, seja na formula\u00e7\u00e3o de equa\u00e7\u00f5es de predi\u00e7\u00e3o do metabolismo basal, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o considerarem que em estados metab\u00f3licos obesos h\u00e1 uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o para cima no gasto energ\u00e9tico basal (6), o que limita a validade dos resultados e da compara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7f2f33b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7f2f33b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f0311fa\" data-id=\"f0311fa\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3e86066 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3e86066\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-fe901d4\" data-id=\"fe901d4\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce835a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce835a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9 interessante frisar que, ponto de vista biol\u00f3gico, conforme voc\u00ea avan\u00e7a em dieta\/exerc\u00edcio e reduz gordura corporal, aumenta-se a puls\u00e3o para a sobreviv\u00eancia, sendo esta abrangente, persistente e redundante (7).<br \/>Isso quer dizer que fisiologicamente haver\u00e1, cada vez mais, o enfrentamento de situa\u00e7\u00f5es e adapta\u00e7\u00f5es de ordem homeost\u00e1tica. Complementam ao sistema elementos ambientais e comportamentais, dispondo de uma din\u00e2mica\/intera\u00e7\u00e3o assim\u00e9trica e vari\u00e1vel. Em outras palavras, as influ\u00eancias biol\u00f3gicas seguem uma tend\u00eancia linear para reduzir a probabilidade da perda de peso, ou favorecer seu reganho. As for\u00e7as ambientais e comportamentais s\u00e3o aleat\u00f3rias, individuais e dependem de caracter\u00edsticas pr\u00f3prias (7). Cito aqui a robustez biol\u00f3gica e a capacidade do indiv\u00edduo tolerar o estresse (8).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-40b0270 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"40b0270\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-80e1ca7\" data-id=\"80e1ca7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dc7fcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2dc7fcc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9 nesse sentido que entram estrat\u00e9gias diet\u00e9ticas, como o &#8220;refeed&#8221; e as &#8220;pausas programadas&#8221;, valendo-se ainda de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias a cada caso.<br \/><br \/>Vejamos:<br \/>Em (9), 25 homens jovens, divididos em 2 grupos (13 e 12 pessoas);<br \/>Todos eles receberam dietas diferentes para um per\u00edodo de controle (C) seguido por restri\u00e7\u00e3o severa (S) e realimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (R);<br \/>G1: 3280kcal (Controle, 21 dias), 1010kcal (S, 24), 5300kcal (R, 20);<br \/>G2: 3966kcal (Controle, 21 dias), 1000kcal (S, 16), 5384 (R, 15 dias);<\/p><p>Resultados na imagem.
