No dia 3 de cada interven\u00e7\u00e3o houve monitoramento por 23h em c\u00e2mara respirat\u00f3ria para aferir o gasto energ\u00e9tico total. No dia 4 (logo ap\u00f3s) cada protocolo de dieta, ocorreu coleta de sangue para checar alguns horm\u00f4nios, dentre eles a leptina. <br \/>Na imagem voc\u00ea pode observar que apenas na estrat\u00e9gia com carbos houve o aumento em leptina, ~+25%, al\u00e9m de um aumento de 580KJ no gasto energ\u00e9tico total, ou ~140kcal.<br \/>N\u00e3o me parece muito vi\u00e1vel aumentar 40% de excesso energ\u00e9tico para ter +140kcal de gasto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section peso, os sujeitos foram submetidos ao seguinte protocolo:<br \/>12 dias, 4 blocos de 3 dias.<br \/>Grupo 1: 100% das necessidades energ\u00e9ticas, seguindo com 130%, 100%, 70%;<br \/>Grupo 2: 100% das necessidades energ\u00e9ticas, seguindo com 70%%, 100%, 130%.<br \/>Em outras palavras, em excesso e depois d\u00e9ficit, OU em d\u00e9ficit e depois excesso.<br \/>Na imagem, repare que a leptina oscila em acordo com a disponibilidade energ\u00e9tica de curto prazo\/dieta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section jovens, foram submetidos \u00e0 interven\u00e7\u00e3o de superalimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por 3 dias, <br \/>acontecendo do seguinte modo:<br \/>Dias 1-7: Dieta habitual, a qual era avaliada por um nutricionista bem treinado. O interessante desse estudo \u00e9 que coloca em quest\u00e3o as limita\u00e7\u00f5es da teoria do &#8220;set point&#8221;, a qual postula que a fim de garantir a homeostase energ\u00e9tica e da adiposidade, quaisquer perturba\u00e7\u00f5es na disponibilidade energ\u00e9tica resultariam em compensa\u00e7\u00f5es de ordem fisiol\u00f3gica e comportamental de modo a permanecer em um estado de equil\u00edbrio, classificado como &#8220;set point&#8221; (11).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d78d4dc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
