Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 acompanha 100 blogueiras, youtubers e sabe muito bem o que fazer: baixar o carboidrato e aumentar gordura &#8220;boa&#8221;. Simples assim! Nada pode dar errado.<br \/>Nesse post, selecionei alguns estudos que ilustram as consequ\u00eancias desse tipo de abordagem sob duas perspectivas: R\u00edgido controle diet\u00e9tico e ingest\u00e3o &#8220;ad libitum&#8221; (\u00e0 vontade).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f09fa4f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f09fa4f\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-91f2d26\" data-id=\"91f2d26\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0245f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0245f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sendo assim, me acompanhe:<br \/>Em (1), estudo de 8 semanas (56 dias) de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo 4 semanas de dieta alta em carboidrato (50% das kcal), seguindo com 4 semanas de dieta cetog\u00eanica (5% das kcal). Houve equival\u00eancia cal\u00f3rica e prote\u00edca entre as dietas. A ingest\u00e3o de carbos variou de 300g (50%) para 31g (5%).<br \/><br \/>Todas as refei\u00e7\u00f5es foram preparadas pela equipe da Universidade, a qual tamb\u00e9m observava os participantes as consumirem no refeit\u00f3rio. Tudo era calibrado para que a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da dieta se mantivesse r\u00edgida.<br \/>Durante 2 dias de cada semana, os sujeitos passavam 2 dias em uma c\u00e2mara metab\u00f3lica para aferir gasto energ\u00e9tico total, coeficiente respirat\u00f3rio, gasto energ\u00e9tico ao dormir.<br \/>Composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal analisada por DXA.<br \/><br \/>Na imagem seguinte eu expus os resultados da varia\u00e7\u00e3o de peso e de gordura.<br \/>Destaquei em amarelo a varia\u00e7\u00e3o na quantidade de carboidratos para evidenciar que tal manipula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o afetou em nada no resultado.<br \/>ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O: Varia\u00e7\u00e3o de 10X na ingest\u00e3o de carboidratos e a tend\u00eancia de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de peso\/gordura se manteve est\u00e1vel. \u00d3bvio para quem sabe que a primeira lei da termodin\u00e2mica impera. variando a propor\u00e7\u00e3o de carbos\/gordura, com prote\u00edna mantendo-se fixa em ~13%.<br \/>Dieta LF: 20% gorduras, 67% carbos;<br \/>Dieta MF: 40% gorduras, 47% carbos;<br \/>Dieta HF: 60% gorduras, 27&amp; Consumo de carboidratos passou de ~250g para 320g ao dia. Resultados? Redu\u00e7\u00e3o espont\u00e2nea de ~320kcal.
